What a lovely time we had at LLELA… the water, the weather, and our old friend…. a southerly wind……..
Lots and lots and lots of him in fact, but we just enjoy..
Did you know each trip includes a “mini” lesson in case you haven’t kayak before, we give you some basic skill to insured your good time on the river….
We’ll let you get some of these skills on the flat water close to the outflow of the lake, and get accustomed to your kayak too……
Some times we have a snack while out paddling, but the outstanding accommodations from LLELA sometime surprise even us! Yes we rescued the table and put in back on drier ground, check out the blog on Monday for that picture story!
Check out those falls leaves and all the cool colors too.
Time for a little break and a little snack too….
But be sure you check that snack before you chow down…sometimes we find something really cool and let everyone see it too….
Ken found a dragon fly nymph hitching a ride and gave the others a little look see… if you’ve never seen one…well…you should be paddling with us, or you could look it up online I guess….. were a lot funner!
